The Mid America Ford & Shelby Nationals is expanding our event in 2026 and beyond to include the Mid America Route 66 Nationals. We have enjoyed sharing our passion with you for over 50 years. As we embark on our 52nd, we are adding more events and opening the Route 66 driving experiences, like our Street Party and Cars & Coffee. Hallett and the Saturday Drags will remain a Ford Powered event, but we will open up the Vintage Exhibition to all makes for a true Trans-Am Style nostalgic experience.

As we have done for several years, we will continue to highlight Route 66 and even more so as we work towards an AWESOME experience with the 100th Celebration of Route 66 in 2026, at Mid America.

Mid America is made up of volunteers that work year-round to bring you the best auto related events possible. In our planning efforts we work hard to bring in partners and sponsors to keep the costs low for families attending the event.

Our event moved to Claremore which greatly reduced the costs and provided a safe welcoming environment for all that attend. We are grateful for our Partnership with Claremore and Rogers County and this will continue for the future.

The Ford and Shelby Nationals will be an all Ford Powered Motorsports event having a road course, drag race, swap meet, and police escorted parade down Route 66. To keep the cost low for attendees, will be sharing the Claremore Expo with the Claremore Route 66 Festival.

Claremore invites all car enthusiast to enjoy live music, food trucks, and special Auto displays for a free two-day Route 66 Festival and ending in the Sunday Father’s Day cruise-in.

Together will be celebrating the 100-year centennial of Route 66. Please join us to celebrate this once in a life time experience !!!
