This year with us being in Claremore we will not have a Host Hotel. We will be using multiple hotels and gathering at the Claremore Expo Center. We have arranged for Mid America Group rates at these hotels and the RV Park at the Expo Center.

Suite 6 – Claremore is located on Highway 66, just next door to the Rib Crib. The front desk is open 24 hours, and parking is free. Laundry facilities are available, as are coffee and tea in a common area. The property features rooms with refrigerators, microwaves, and complimentary Wi-Fi. They are under renovations now and will be taking reservation starting February 14th. They do not offer breakfast but a McDonalds is at the end of their parking lot.
